1. Advisory Services
The "AskMenon" program (the "Program") provides executive career transition advisory services. We do not guarantee employment, as final hiring decisions rest solely with third-party employers. Our role is to provide strategy, positioning, and access to networks to improve the likelihood of a successful transition.
2. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, including the AIM Executive Framework, proprietary assessment algorithms, and content provided during advisory sessions, are the intellectual property of AskMenon and Options Executive Search Pvt Ltd. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and professional data. Your information is used solely for the purpose of the transition advisory and is never shared with third parties without your explicit permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
Fees for digital products (The High-Fit Playbook for NRI Leaders) and individual sessions are non-refundable once accessed or completed. Structured Coaching Programme payments follow the specific agreement signed at technical onboarding.
